Request Dog Tags
Despite the generosity of the public in supporting this effort, we are sorry to say that we are experiencing a severe shortage of funds which is affecting our ability to fulfill requests and there is currently a waiting list for tags. Please help us by spreading the word so that those in a position to help may do so. We hope to be back on track shortly and continuing to support the troops and their families. We appreciate everyone's understanding and help! Thank you.
If you would like dog tags sent to your unit please fill out the form
below. We usually send 135 tags at a time, but please order just
one tag per child. Tags can be from either mom or dad. If you
have any stories or pictures you would like to share please send them along,
we'd love to post them!!!
NOTE: We will respond to most requests with in 48 hours. If you
do not hear back from us, please feel free to drop us a reminder.

SUCH a hit with our deployed members!! Thank you so much. I feel like
Santa Claus when I hand them out to the members to mail home to their
children. Thank you again for such a wonderful program - if the kids' eyes light
up only half as much when they receive them in the mail as the deployed
fathers and mothers eyes did when I gave them to them, it will be
WONDERFUL!
